Creepy sounds chill up my spine.

Her spinning body.

Her hands grabbing my feet.

She's singing sweet lullabies

But its not going to calm me down.

Her eyes are enough to kill me.

Fear arises in me.

There is nothing that can be done.

There is nothing that can stop her from tormenting me.

The decaying smell clogs my nose

Before I even get the chance to see that its my

Legs rotting on the ground.

I try to look up at the sky.

But I can't see any warmth.

Any hope to comfort me.

Then I see her over me.

Singing " Rock a Bye Baby"

Now I know its over.

There she sits

There she waits for a girl

To open up her music box.

She wants you.

She wants to walk again.

She wants you to be immobile like she was.

well that was frightening. I've always been spooked by the ballerinas or whatever in music boxes so i have no problem believing that one could suck the living soul out of someone.

I'm scared now.

Ooerrrrr!!

This was a freaky one, and I'm with the Lemon.

Wife's got one of these at the side of our bed - will be watching it from now on.

Sivers down the spine time Hannah.

Great.

The kind of poem that Stephen King might write if he wrote poetry. This is X movie material, well composed, placed neatly, chillingly. Excellent, I'd say.

Spooky. Not a laugh in sight, and there very often is (unintentional, I am sure) in stories like this.

Lovely new twist to an old, but not necessarily tired idea.(Coppelia?)

Iam going to readit again. Now.

Kind regards

Creepy stuff going on here. I have a music box (somehow) and I'm very thankful that nothings inside of it. If there was I think I'd have to kill it after reading this. Very good poem.

Interesting, peculiar, and dark, makes for a good story, or hollywood movie for that matter. The flow was good and kept me reading.

Good job.
