There is no reason for the soldiers to be fighting this war, greedy fucking leader is what the problem is. But thats besides the point. Good rhyming. but most soldiers have no brains and dont know how to think for themselves. fighting for a rapist. Sorry if you dont like the comment but its just my thoughts flowing on the screen. well written!

This was a great Poem and just in time for Independence Day. Some say I am a little too patriotic for my own good (I have an American flag tattooed on my ankle) but I can't help but be proud of the soldiers for their sacrifice. Maybe it has to do with the fact that many of my family members are Soldiers, including my two younger brothers. Wonderful piece. =]

I agree, those soldiers are some brave men going out there like that, i just disagree with reason why. they are dying by the hundreds just for a greedy coward.

thats was why i was apologizing, lemon. i couldnt believe i wrote that all soldiers had no brains, i must have typed it out wrong. alot of them dont know how to think for themselves, and some are different then that. some are actually smart. im sure your brothers are in the latter category, judging from your well written writing your brothers must be smart like you. :)

This was very patriotic. Having been raised in a military family and on military bases, I have a certain appreciation for the military. However, your poetry digressed away from rhyming at times. I would go back over and continue the flow from beginning to end. Don't leave a word behind!
