I Will Lay In Vain

I Will Lay In Vain The sun...

TO WHOM IT MIGHT CONCERN (Gambia Oct '08)

It is not all fun being invisible, not all about...

Anne A Stoir

Dancing leaves fill the air

Your breath upon my skin

I see you there in time stood still

Could I love you more

I see you there in summer rain

In snow and autumn leaf

We pledged our love would never die

Could I love you more

Sometimes I feel my heart will break

And I just can't stand the pain

I close my eyes and I see your face

Could I love you more

As light as air you're dancing now

Your fragrance on the breeze

I'll keep your smile inside my heart

Could I love you more

My lovely Anne A Stoir

I enjoyed this piece. It seems "antique" to me for lack of a better word, and reminds me of older poems from a more victorian era.

Very elegant, and moving

Gentle love

This is superb. When one reads of gentle love, one almost experiences it in the heart. Your poem has brought alive those memorable moments. Good work here.
