Disappointment after deception,

day after day,

there's no one to turn to,

and nowhere to escape,

All these fake people,

seem to act the same,

don't care who they hurt,

just play their little games,

No one is real,

the truth is nonexistant,

buried far away,

deep into the distance,

They hide behind others,

and cover themselves in lies,

it's all part of their plan,

just another disguise,

Blame it on everyone,

but it's never their own fault,

with words as weapons,

they attack and assualt,

Friends and family,

random people on the street,

no one to trust,

all full of deceit,

The realization is final,

i'm completely alone,

a total stranger,

even in my own home,

So i've tied the noose around my neck,

already pulled it tight,

for maybe things will be better,

once i arrive in the afterlife

Nice. I thought it flowed nicely, and your imagery was clear.

This is a totallt hopeless and dejected case. If one cannot trust anyone in this world or even in his own home, then he'll try to find peace in after life as is in this poem. Tragic.

Such dark thought can lead to the final act. You are very near it. There is so much agony you are undergoing because of your near and dear ones' apathy. What fate.
