Fatal Undertow |

I watch you crumble, right before my very eyes, there's nothing i can do, but listen to your silent cries,
You don't want my help, your pride holds you back, i reach out my hand, but you retract,
Helplessly i watch, as the undertow pulls you in, keeping you captive, and taking you within,
I have no choice, but to keep distance, or i too will fall, to the water's persistence,
The last air bubble escapes, as you finally drown, never able to return, you leave without sound,
I gape at the spot, you once stood tall and strong, now you're nonexistant, nothings left; you're gone Copyright 2008 b.k. |
