Someday Soon

Life can be a painful thing

Always full of hate, despair, and death.

But the silver lining is, love.

The felling of great care can make you happy

And erase the hatred in life.

Everything is beautiful, when you’re in love.

Day after day everything is perfect.

Then nothing

Everything that was bright is now grey.

And you’re thrown back into the pit of despair.

There’s nothing for you to live for.

All that’s left is painful darkness.

Nothing but your loneliness and sadness.

Pain, darkness, your only companions.

You’re convinced that you’re meant to be alone.

That love is a game you’ll never win.

You admit to being lonely

Though don’t do anything about it

You spit at those in love

Hating they have what you want

It’ll get better, just wait

You’ll love again…

Someday.
