Building Steam with a Grain of God

Stumbling through suburbs lathered in the warm...

A Purple Dusk, Chapter 0

A truck drives out through the flat bottom lands...

Secret Trees

Today I caught a sweetened breeze
From caramel-coated apple trees
My lonely winds blew time behind
Then brought me to an open mind

A forest just a dream away
Is where I'll lose myself today
Where secret trees grow quiet rain
Which remedy my tired pain

So I can laugh without a care
And breathe the tearless salted air
Along the sands of endless shore
To catch the Fish I knew before

Then sail across my Clover Sea
In hopes that wish you came with me
To make believe that life is fun
And warm my long forgotten sun

great

I really loved this one. Potter is right... you just produce and produce good poetry and it is competent EVERY time. I am afraid I'll mess up every time I write. I guess that's the difference between a natural and a forced talent. :)

Stoned Birds or Ebay, that's how

lol, I juss fergot what yer asked me.Oh yeah, yer asked me how I come up with these so quickly.I'm gonna decline the option of assumption concerning yer reference of 'these' bein in regards to me Poems as to illustrate me thinkin thoughts, while at the same time providing yer with an answer to yer inquiry. Sort of 'killin two birds with one stone' if yer will. Now I think I'll incorporate me 'stoned birds' as part of me responses' minutiae as well as to open another path fer me thinkin' thoughts to travel down. Options designed to have sort of a snowball effect. But before I let me thoughts chase a proverbial snowball, I'll contemplate at what point in history there was a shortage of stones correlating with an abundance of birds requirin anyone to utilize stones so sparingly and efficeintly, and why kill the birds? Were they malicious or delicious? And what's up with the stones, did they vanish suddenly like dinosaurs or did the stones of today appear suddenly? I'm out of letters sorry.
