I'm Afraid

The rays of sunlight find your eyes

But you can't help but sit and cry

For nothing's as it seems now

To heal all your pain, you can't find a way how

Bleeding outside and in

Your friends have all left

They have betrayed you in the end

Your closet of lies

Opened yesterday and revealed your true disguise

You aren't some secret anymore

All of your hate has washed ashore

And you pull out that gun

You blow your head off into the sun

And the rays of sunlight force my eyes

To realize this life still remains a surmise

There is no order here I'm afraid

You lie here with a broken head, what more can I say
