A Silent Reminder




Indifference is left in
Place of your warmth

A cold reminder

That loneliness
Must learn to
Cry in tune
With love's
Silent song

While uncertainty
Is left in place

As a love 
Which may fall 

With sorrow's tears 

And may shine
So long as it 
Remembers 
  
Not to brighten
Crying eyes

"Not to brighten crying eyes" means a lot to me. I feel as though no comfort is being given in this moment. This is real sad when you get in depth with it because of how real it is. I enjoyed the poem very much.
