Letting Everything Fall
Everything just kinda fades Days fly by like airplanes
But these days have no destination In my eyes lies no determination
It's not like I didn't try All the hope just got washed aside
The cracks that break apart your smiling face The insecurities that let me go to waste
This polluted water rushes up to my knees The air is infected with catastrophic disease
And the filth that I am placed with Infecting themselves with tobacco and drugs, makes me sick
And you my shameful friend You let them desecrate your body again and again
All your drugs, you sell what you want Your body you keep choosing to flaunt
But I can't fix what you hopelessly throw away I can't heal what's already long decayed
I'm not some angel that can help you to forget I'm a devil with a past built up on only regret Copyright 2008 Sorrow Is My Mask |
