This poem is dedicated to two very special family members who were brother and sister. Glenys (my nan) Passed away in 2000 and Albert, my great uncle passed away 29th June 2007.

Tears fall where you laid foot with pride,

Time has passed since you died,

Yet why do I still hurt inside?

I miss your warm touch,

The way you always cared so much,

I miss the days we used to have out,

And how you would very rarely shout,

I miss your happy, cheerful smile,

I miss how you would talk to me for a while,

I miss your visits on Christmas Day,

Why did you have to go away?

But despite the memories I have said,

At least when you finally laid down your head,

The pain immediatly began to cease,

And now you are finally at peace.

~Rest In Peace~
