Leave me in the dark, it's where I belong
Don't say you love and need me, because it feels so wrong
Stop looking at me like I'm dead, stop lying to me
I wish to hide deep away where no one can see
Yes, that's where I live up in the sky
That's my castle up very high
I live with the shadows and curse the sun above
I'm so sick of all your illusionating love
So the next time you hear thunder as you walk by a ditch
Know it's me crying, the black ice witch

Actually,

not the wicked witch from the west. Just black ice witch. Someone I made up taken from the personality of a friend I used to go to school with. As to the line "Don't say you love and need me, because it feels so wrong" that was the exact words my friend used before to her father. I too, at first, wondered why would love feel wrong to anyone? Then she reminded me of her childhood abuse that started when she was eight. I won't go into details about the abuse, but you probably already know that any child that goes through stuff like that by a relative reacts differently when it comes to such a strong word as "love." I made Black Ice Witch say this to express even more of her dark sided and twisted way of thinking. I do so hope I've answered any questions or comments you had efficiently. Thank you for your comments!

I actually felt cold reading this. Black Ice Witch is as cold as you can get. I thought this was very descriptive and the thought of WANTING to be lonely obviously means there was so much suffering it was unbearable. I understand the phrase that derived from your friend, but who is the speaker of the phrase this time, and who is it displayed to?
