Little seeds I planted once

Grew into a tree

An apple tree

Who gave me many things

It gave me shade in the summer,

Apples to eat,

It gave me branches to play with,

And it gave me a place to relax.

O’ Tree standing so tall I am very fond of you

From the day I planted your seeds

I knew our friendship was true

a sweet little poem...my only problem was word choice. 'large apple tree' doesn't convey any of your emotions about the tree, and in such a short poem, one word can make a big difference

....

Simple and direct, refreshing in a genre that can be over flowery, in some instances

This was a very nice little poem. No obscure emotions or descriptions, it actually makes sense.

What a fresh and relaxing poem. It's sweet and simple. Nothing too deep, just gratitude to the apple tree. I'm hungry for some apples.
