All This Hurt

My insides have so much pain

But my feelings stay the same

Just all of my hurt and all of my sorrow

Are all that remain

I sit here staring at the wall

My skin begins to crawl

I have lost my pride

Your own method of infliction I begin to confide

The blood begins to seep out from the wound

I can feel the pain but i also feel confused

This self infliction does nothing to relieve the hurt

You told me this would work

Now this scar is here forever

But it hasn't changed anything for the better

No matter what I do I can't get away

It's like you've become a part of me today

I wanted to trust you

But now i see you were just like the rest

I have finally let this go

My one and only dream has been silenced forevermore
