I think a lot of people will deride others, especially as a way of drawing attention away from their own flaws. So I found this meaningful. + Report this comment

if I were to say that I think you are a wonderful person - would I then be a wonderful person? does that work in reverse? hmm... and in saying these things of me me - does that make them true of you? I think I forgot to take my meds... I will shut up now... nice writing! + Report this comment

I would say that most people who walk around telling other people they are wonderful usually are wonderful people. So, yeah, I think it would fly both ways.
In the meantime, this sucked. Oh, wait.... I mean, it was nice. I actually did like it. Very nice and very true. I totally agree with Dirkin up top; it usually seems so. + Report this comment

I agree with every word of this. If people would stop being so critical of others, they would see their own faults and realize they need to change. Good job. Very impressed. + Report this comment

I learned that a long time ago, a great majority of people are hypocrites and think their only job is to tell everyone else what is wrong with them.

There is an old saying: I cannot experience you, I can only experience you experiencing me. This poem relates to that and is well written. + Report this comment
