When Time began, He created God as a companion. But as with most long term relationships, something unforgivable between them occurred-- God created Nature and Mankind. At first Time did not mind Nature; it was beautiful, and minded all of His rules, without exception, nor did Nature try to bend them to better suit itself. But when God did created humans, Father Time did not approve. Human kind fancied immortality. As demonstrated in countless myths namely the Fountain of Youth; Time’s ultimate humiliation. For how could any consider themselves outside of Time’s grasp, absurd! Even if one’s body was to escape the ravages of time, the mind was a soft target. And so events continued to unfold, Time, all the while, excreted His dominance, and God rebelled through His minions. Eventually, God’s humans did master Time’s principles and utilized them, at first to discern their past. What they saw were several clashes between Time and God: The dinosaurs’ rapid extinction, a climax of catastrophes; the ice ages; Krakatoa, Time’s attempt to obstruct the sun; and the tidal wave that destroyed the Minoan Civilization, Time’s attempt on Western Civilization. But Time luckily, or perhaps fate, obtained the last laugh. When the Humans were altering the Big Bang to supply themselves with more elements, and less of other, Time decided that from everything would come nothing. And so Time decreed it, and so it must be. A vortex appeared as the humans drew near. Suddenly, before events could truly unfold, all was lost in the ending of Time and space… Gone forever. And Father Time laughed in his loneliness.
