The speaker came off as the subject's father, and the woman he mentioned, at first I thought was the drug addicts girlfriend/wife, but after reading the entire poem I think it's his mother. So, sounds like a couple of parents struggling with their kid (whom has probably over dosed on drugs a couple of times). "You Create" is an excellent title; this kid is surrounded by a family that must love him (as their concern and attempts to aid him prove) but his mind is probably distorting that (or he simply cannot perceive it) so he's chosen the path of self-destructive sedatives, drastically changing what will become of him and the people surrounding him... that's just what I saw though^^    Very good (once again).
