10-16-2007 10:55,
I did look this up, by the way.
Some say, the submarine was actually able to teleport from one location to another, TWICE. From the Philadelphia port to 20 minutes into the ocean, and then from this location back to the port.
Teleportation wasn't planned; they were trying to bend light somehow to become invisible to the naked eye.
And as my friend Quintin here noted, most of the surviving crew suffered of terrible mental defects, some were found WELDED into the metal inside the sub... others were never heard from again.
... they're probably soaring through the time and space continuum at this very moment. heh... no, they'd probably die when they're head explodes because of the immense pressure.
This was very interesting to learn about Quintin. Thanks.
