A great read :)  I loved the progression, it brings a real shocking dimension to the horror.  One criticism: in the end, the father telling her everything...this sounds like one of these stupid James Bond bad guy, you know? But I guess you didn't have the time to bring a more credible revelation, maybe you were limited in the length if this is something you did for school.
