Though I find it pretty unnatural when the lines are sometimes divided like that; from between a sentence. It is so with both English and Finnish, and I guess in any language.  Still it's very nicely said, and it's made like an open letter, but yet it doesen't consider things too personal; it could be for anyone from anyone.
