Oh, this is a beautiful piece of writing, I think.  I liked the way the words rhymed in the third paragraph; it's so easy with English when there are those ing-words...  The other paragraphs also fitted the pattern well, though in them the rhymes weren't so ... well, rhyming. :)    As an entity this poem summons up a desire that everyone has sometimes, a desire of having a true friend.
