As much as it would seem that she cannot care about you, she actually cares about you so much, she's trying to get around with other men to forget about you. I hope this isn't a real event, because either way it's going to be a shitload of unhappiness for both. If the ditching commences, then she would get mad, but the only thing to keep her happy is to say, you'd be her friend, even though not, it would make her feel bad if she ever did do anything with another man.    Why did I answer your problem?
