my writing persona is the reverse of my talking persona.

i can turn a sentence into a novel on paper (usually not on purpose)

then in person, i can take a novel and turn it into a sentence (usually on purpose)...

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion... and really no one on here is a "real" critic... we each look for something different in the stories that we read... I look for entertainment, originality or intrigue... and I sometimes have some suggestions to make your stories 'fuller.'

So really, unless someone is telling you to "Suck It!" don't have a feud... the person is just writing what first comes into his/her mind. I sometimes see it as refreshing... because this place is close to becoming a "feel good" site. And I don't want that.

That being said, I would also like to ask everyone to at least rate the stories they read. Come on! 300 hits and only 2 or 3 people rating it?! Don't just write and wait for hits and comments to come your way... make more contributions... read and rate and/or comment on others' works. Let's try to be multi-taskers... let's try to be not only writers, but also readers...
