I think storiesville writers, should come up with a novel. A 30 chapter novel, using 30 writers of Storiesville.com. Each one writing a chapter. It would be fun project, and you never know what you might come up with.

What do you think?

Im to busy writing my own garbage. The only time I really have to sit down is between 9 and 11p it seems, and I rather work on my own stuff. This was tried before with people adding their tidbits...didn't really work out well.

Imagine the different writing styles you would have.

Question: Out of all those writers, who would do the final edit?

What we need, is some storiesville contests? Any idea’s ?

You know what would be a good idea, that the people from storiesville.com to pick a selected few of writers to vote writers of the month. Let's say top 10.

About the edit, it could a group effort. Like you said D.A Ross imagine the different writing styles, that's what I'm aiming for. Every writer is not the same, it would be a fun project. Love the idea about a Storiesville Contest, they have it in other sites. That would boost Storiesville, get more people into this site.

For a contest, we could use the new credit system. Example: who ever wants to enter the contest would offer 10 credits (On good faith of course) than, after the contest who ever is the winner will receive the pot of credits. Sounds good in theory if every one keeps there word.

But, this is your post Jesse, you call the ball.

Would be interesting.

I like the idea of a contest AND a group writing project. You know the story would be so unbalanced but it would be fun to watch it unfold.

The reason, I brought all this up, was to bring the people of Storiesville.com together. And stuff like this, would do it. the idea of winning credits in a contest is fantastic, we could have 1st, 2nd, 3rd prize winners.

Giving credits to join a contest could work, we could have one for free, but the 1st prize would win small amounts of credits. What would be a fair amount for the free 1st prize winner?

I'm up for the 30 Chapters, 30 Writers. What better to leave a mark on Storiesville.com, by leavivng your writing skill for all to see. And we would be setting an example to the writers that come later on.
