hey indecent, i feel so stupid what does noncom mean? lol

ive noticed this past week (it may have been going on longer) that only maybe five people have been commenting on stories. and i know there are AT LEAST two hundred people on this site, but i bet there are a lot more. now im not just talking about my stories i mean everyones. its basically the same people that have been commenting from the beginning. its like the new people just submit ten stories a day and expect everyone to read and comment. well, the 'secret formula' to having your story read is YOU have to go out and read somebody elses story, AND COMMENT. another thing, i liked it better when you submit a story and the Admin had to proof check it yeah i know its probably immposible now with all the NEW hundreds of stories being sent a day, but when a stoy is only a paragraph (sometimes a couple sentences long) you have to wonder, what the hell? i mean, this is a sit for short stories, not flash fiction man. well, im sure alot of people will disagree and say the shorter the better, but wouldnt a story be a lot better with more detail into it? (IM NOT TALKING ABOUT POEMS!!!) but i do have to admit that there was a VERY SHORT story on here before called help me and that made me chuckle, especially the comments.

we all just need to read more of the stories and comment better.
the only people that i can think of that actually comment frequently are dirkin, something indecent, lemon, resitanceisfreedom, me, 1800, behind the mask but i am sure there are a couple more i just cant think of them off the top of my head.

there was recently a writer with the user name DARKWRITER. he wrote many great stories on here actually, but he didnt take criticism too good. so ... he deleted his accound on here.

people, if you submit a story on here you cant expect them all to be good reviews. some of them will seem negative to you, but trust me they are not. there are some really good people on storiesville who are just trying to help. dont take their comments the wrong way. we are just trying to give you tips on making you good story great. this is a site for reading adn approving your own writing.

but if somebody named XENA comments on your story just dismiss that because she is mentally retarded and she doesnt know how to comment

I used noncom as slang for non commenters Maxwell. And yes you are retarded. But I guess you're not the one that got home at 7am yesterday, ate a package of hotdogs that was opened, stale, and sitting in the fridge for 2 months and slathered them with expired BBQ sauce and stale tortilla chips. God I'm so stupid...and hungry.

I know that I am one of the ones that used to comment a lot. Now, I don't and I apologize for the stuff that I haven't read. It used to be that yiou had to be an active member on here to get your stuff published. Now this is no longer the case. So we get a LOT of stories in one day...more than I can read in my spare time. Wish I could, but I can't. So...I know....is it better to comment something lame, or not comment something at all? You know? It's possible that the story was good even though you don't care for the subject matter, or the character, or whatever...

Yeah yeah yeah...I know, I haven't written anything lately either.....

we're talking about the people who publish a 1000 stories a week, and get mad when someone doesnt comment on them, but they dont read anybody's story in the first place
