Tried it, not possible.
Although I jest with my original post, I did like No Country For Old Men, and I don't think you will get a better movie than that if you paid for it.
And, you have to love Indiana Jones for nostalgia purposes alone. The fourth one doesn't hold up to the original three, but it is good just seeing the old man punching people again.
Also, he rides a nuke in an ice box. Come on, who doesn't want that?

I had a thought today: If i had seen indiana jones 4 when I was eight, I would have loved it so much that I would have wanted to see it over and over again. Maybe I was too hard on it because its so much more ridiculous than the first three... but maybe if i saw them for the first time this week I would have felt the same. I need to rediscover my childlike ability to not hate movies

The greatest movie ever made was also the most boring. But actually sitting thru it, listening and watching intently, it has to be the greastest movie ever made. I remember watching this as a kid and turning it off, but now as a mature adult(i say that loosely)it had such meaning. For a film made in 68, it is so authentic to todays world. If you haven't seen it, (DO SO). It begins with the dawn of man being apes and how we conjectively became man. It jumps to the year 2001, and although we don't have space travel as was portrayed in the movie, it tells the story of man against machine(computer)and how man thru millions of years of evolution remains the same in nature. The effect are brilliant even for todays standards. The ending is controversial, although was designed for that reason. For us to draw our on conclusion as to what the film really was saying to us. If you haven't guessed it already... the film is 2001:A Space Oddessy. Not any of the other sequels... the original. If you ever found this movie in Blu Ray... it would be awesome. This film is a classic piece of movie making... keep your Star Wars ridiculousness, give me the real deal.

Ive seen it, but after reading the novel, in fact after reading all the space oddysey novels (there are 4). Having read the novels, I found the movie incredibly boring. It moved at the speed of a block of ice that is melting its way across a slightly slanted frying pan. I doubt I'll ever watch it again, but I strongly recommend the books, excellent science fiction
