I snuck in the door a few days ago. What a neat place! I haven't written in ages but all of these great stories have me inspired. I hope to quickly "knock the rust off the muse" and get up to good form with my writing. I might have to get a couple of clunkers out of the way first...

well I've been here for a while, but just started to write again I love this site and what it allows us to do.

i think it's important to remember two things as a new writer here...

most of us here, don't go nuts over technical points, although it is a pleasure to find a technically correct (or near) story. it's just easier to read.

you will find that the more you write, the better you get with the techie points...

use spell check and grammer check if available on your word processor (i can't imagine it not...)

second - write.

don't worry about how "great" it is. just write it then submit it. you can always read it again, and change up something in the future.

all adventures start with the first step.

and also, the best way to get comments is to comment on other people's work

I'd like to encourage people to request connections. It's an easier way to see if an author you like has anyhting new, a link straight to their profile.
