I write most of my stuff on a note pad but because my hand writing is so horrid I end up not being able to read it because I was trying to make the pen / pencil write all of the words at the same time.

I used to write everything out, but then I got this laptop. When I go out to a coffee shop somewhere I take it with me. I really wish I would get back to writing longhand, but spellcheck is just so darn convenient. Or I'm just too lazy. You decide.

I'm so jealous of you having a laptop. I've always wanted to get one but I'm always sooooo poor.

I usually write stuff half and half. Sometimes its on the computer sometimes its not. I have a sweet black notebook that I like to carry around to the one party I go to everyother month because partys always inspire me to write. Or bars, weddings, any social event that has booze and people I don't want to talk too. I have this fetish with school supplies though. Every July and August I go on a ridiculous shopping spree buying pencils, pens, notebooks, markers, and paper. I almost bought a living child to walk around as a giant piece of scrap paper but the guy in front of me got him first.

But yeah I've got like 100 notebooks scattered around my house with a couple of pages of stories that I write and then lose in the pile. But then again it is fun to find a story I don't even remember writing and chuckling to myself. I'm always glad when me and I can have those special moments together.

yeah, I stumble across my old notebook from time to time and decide to re-write a couple on the computer. I found myself writing on a napkin the ther day and wondered how often anyone else does that since the world has gone high-tech. I dont have a laptop either, but I am sure that would have solved my problem. Cause napkin dont have much space.
