Just curious if we all have conformed to the computer for writing, or does anyone find themselves brainstorming on napkins anymore?

lol well, not napkins, but yeah i always write the first draft of something on paper then i type it out.

for 10 years i wrote on the back of napkins, order sheets, and eventually started buying notepads to jot down ideas and bits of conversations. To this day, nothing moves me more than sitting down with a pad of paper, a pen, a glass of whatever with nothing to do and everything to say. Hand writing a story is just sexy to me.

when you work in bars and restaurants, you write on whatever.

Yes!!!

I write everything out in long hand then type it into the computer. This gives me the best chance for revision. I like to dress up the story more from the first draft.
