Advance notice should be given if only as a courtesy. I for one object not to the principle involved but to the offhand way in which it has been implemented.

Yes. I have no problem with the tarrif for promoting being raised, but to see it done unilaterally and without any prior notification seems extremely bad PR.

Surely it would not have posed too much of a problem for a 'banner' announcement to have been made on the Home page that the change was imminent.

It also seemed to me, having now read that part of the forum, to have been prompted by only a few of the subscribers.

Here's hoping that the moderator can 'moderate' in moderation.......
