Ok I have said this in a different thread, but I thought I'd repeat it. I think there should be a limit to one, maybe two promoted stories per profile at any time. The cost for promoting should be higher, like 40 credits or something that has to be worked towards with commenting, and there should also be an option to remove a story from promotion before the month is over and replace it with another.

i agree, especially with switching the promoted stories. some stories i wish i never promoted

yes, i like the switching idea. and i think everyone agrees that the promoted stories should be more credits. 40 sounds reasonable

I agree that it should cost more credits to promote the story and they should only be promoted for a couple days not 30 like it is now. I for one, am tired of seeing my own stories day after day on the front page and nothing new.
