I would really like to create my own website, but I'm afraid i dont know how. I mean, I'm sure i could figure it out if somebody pointed me in the right direction...

Oh yeah and i need to make it without putting money into it if that's possible...

you could always go to like freewebs or geocities or something like that. they are free, but you'd have to deal with a lot of advertisements on your page. they also have tutorials though to help you create it.

Try a blog. Unless you really just want a website for some reason.

A blog is a good way to put material out there, and even though people expect you to update it regularly, you can put links to your stories on the main page, so anyone can jump right to them if they want. If that's what you want it for.

I use Blogger.com, cause it is owned by google, is web based (you don't have to download anything) and is free. My blog is at: http://www.justyler.blogspot.com. This is not a plug, but you can look at it as an example.

I've heard Wordpress.com is good, but I think you have to download some software for that, but it gives you some more options than blogger.
