It's good, dang good. Part 2 of the Talisman. It's a totally different story though, not so much of a fantasy/adventure and more of a central battle against evil.

I liked it.

but right now i have checked out from the good ole library is the stand, the grapes of wrath, the body snatchers, and 1984.

I would say the Thomas Harris books (Red Dragon, Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal, and Hannibal Rising) are good, and I've recently been getting into Dean Koontz books (The Good Guy was great).

Koontz's Odd Thomas (the original) was a really fun read. I also liked Life Expectancy a lot.
