Is there a way to subscribe to a particular writer on here?

Because you can organize those subscriptions somewhere and keep this site feeling more local, and you can check in on the newer authors when you have time.

Because you are right, when people start trowing up 6 stories a day, it is a bit much. They you work on a story for a week and post it on Monday morning, to see it already off the main board by Monday evening.

Besides these minor complaints, I have not found a site like this anywhere else, and my experience so far has been great.

Try making a connection with them so you can click on them to see their works. But it would be awesome if we had a way to subscibe to an author. What I would like to see is a list of the hottest works for the past week, or a list of all the stories that were submitted in the past 24 hours. Cause you are right, it does suck to have your stuff be on the front page for like 12 minutes...

TARHEAD!!!!! I've missed you! All this time and all you need to do is replace your hard drive? That's easy breezy my friend. Make your old HD a slave to try and recover the info off of it....

As for PN....yes, there was a group of us on here not that long ago that really were active. We commented on each other and all the other stories that came up, we played games on the forum and were generally just good friends. So, with most of them being MIA, I felt like I was all alone. Need to get that comraderie brewing again.
