Exorcist is just like the Bible: it is guaranteed to scare the Hell out of you.

I can't remember when I saw it, but I think I was 13. That film is simply scary. And no, that is not an opinion.

Anyone here of the 1979 film Cannibal Holocaust?

Got it for my 16th birthday. Not really scary, but certainly disturbing. Very, very disturbing. I am definitely not a member of PETA, but when they kill, chop, and eat that turtle...that really gets at me. And the ending is extremely brutal. The many rumors of it being a snuff film add to it's cult following, even though the only actual death's were those of the animals.

yeah man, cannibal holocaust is a ****** uo movie. good show, brilliant soundtrack. check out I SPIT ON YOUR GRAVE.

I have the trailer for it on my iPod. I have also read many reviews about it, as well hearing about the dreaded castration scene. Let me tell you that I have seen some nasty things in my life, but nothing as of yet has come close to disturbing me with the exception of the faux-trailer for Thanksgiving. They have that scene where a semi-naked cheerleader is bouncing on a trampoline when a knife comes up through the material just as she lands on it in a split going right up her...I saw that video on youtube with my friend, and we both reacted with utter surprise.
