He was the black cop on the first season of Home Movies. You should look him up. He's pretty good.

Emo Phillips is really funny too. He was Shannon in Home Movies.

There's a new zealand folk comedy duo called Flight of the Conchords who got their own show on HBO, I've seen the first season very funny and kind of strange, they mix comedy songs into the story. I saw the first half of the season a couple months ago and I've been meaning to finish it. It was pretty hilarious. Thanks for reminding me to watch something good.
