religion, i don't mind - i'll bounce that ball all day long.

i'm half german and wish i were a red-head sometimes, does that get me somewhat forgiven for my fun?

i've stepped into a bucket of writer confusion...

i have a huge battle going on in my head. there must be at least six stories trying to sneak out my fingers, but they all require a certain amount of concentration - and i think i got tired of concentrating.

i tried the other day to start a story, got about one paragraph into it, closed the document - then opened another. it's a bit frustrating, i must say. i can't settle.

that's where sam came from. sam is a janitor in an elementary school, by the way. sam is my personality. sam just flows out with a smile. maybe that's why i've been going to that story. i might not be ready to write something serious right this moment.

when my little ones were growing up, i used to twist reality on a regular basis - gotta keep your kids on their toes, everything isn't as black and white as the world wants you to believe. you have to learn young to qualify everything you see and hear. you have to be able to separate what is real from what is not. they need to learn to challenge and question - the right way.

fortunately for my young'uns, i didn't let the walk out into the real world with my river of misinformation still flowing...

So call me dumwitted....what are you in a confusion about? I used to own a dance studio and every once in a while, I couldn't think of the step that I wanted to come next. Called it my dancer block. Sometimes simply sharing the fact that I had dancer's block made it go away...not always but we have to start somewhere. I like Sam...I think he is creative about the world around him...

I feel a bit like David, want to get started on a novel but since iv'e found this site i have about 3 short stories in my head.The little buggers wont leave me alone and now iv'e thought of ideas for a continuation for : who am i , Bronze lady, ferry man. Really wish i could jack my job in and do this full time.

my suggestion is take a break from writing until you get motivated to write just one story...right now I'm posting some stuff I wrote awhile ago to avoid integrating those 3 stories into each other.
