first and foremost.
anger is silly. total waste of energy. if you are angry about something you cannot affect - get over it.
something you can - change it.
but lose the anger thing. get objective.
second and equally enthralling...
nothing, but nothing, is more fun to me than blowing off a couple hundred rounds at a innocent piece of paper or metal target. it's genetic, i think. no, not really, it's humanity.
why else would millions of people go out twice a year to experience and become hypnotized by huge bangs and bright flashes?
years ago, i had the opportunity to push about $500 worth of rounds (i reloaded, so the cost was incredibly less) through an uzi. man.

i think anger is read through the intensity of words (specific) rather than sentence after sentence of aggressive behaviour.
