Nay mate... It cannot since oxygen is not present, a fire cannot survive. Also there's no sound in space, since there's no air, you wouldn't hear the pandas' screams, also, all those space movies are wrong because of that.

But since that anything can happen in our imagination, yes flaming ninja pandas can exist in space and in fact, will colonize the Earth and makes us their sexual slaves in precisely 23 years from now...

Ok, setting clock for 2031; need to find a new rock to live on by then because I aint doing no Panda.
