Title article: Head Tree

Thanks!
Thanks everybody! You're swell.

Jeez, I just tried to explain this story and its explanation turned out to be longer than the story itself. (I think that means I have to expand the story?)

To gtmike, The tree's head were identical and had the same thoughts. I was striking a funny w/ the idea that people don't really know what they want, especially when what they want is to be or not to be. I don't now why we're like that, or how to resolve it, but if I ever could learn how to resolve it and package it into a pill, I'd be rich. I think the idea came off too subtle.

Very Cool
This reminds me of that book House of Leaves, just because of the tricky format. You made something very pretty.

PS. Cheer up! :D

Title article: Hi! My Name Is Ping!
Date: 2008-08-18 21:11:27
YES!
This is hilarious!! See me, I don't know the difference between my computer and my microwave. This one time I tried to write a story and I came out with a hot pocket. It was weird.

I love this story. I love how you picked such an insignificant name for the almighty Ping.

And Hey Dave! Been awhile.

Title article: A Date with Priya
Date: 2008-08-18 20:59:53

Great pacing. You painted a very vivid atmosphere. I like. Not sure if these are typos... but somewhere midway you have Priya saying "I am getting late" and you have Mrinal cursing "Pretty little aunts" (plural?). I'm just nitpicking b/c there's nothing structurally wrong with the story. I really enjoyed it.

Title article: You Can Eat Now
Date: 2008-08-14 13:58:18

I like this. The ending was a bit confusing... in my mind the mother read one of the protagonist's stories and found it so horrific that she fainted. The confusion for me comes here, "I snatched the papers and rushed upstairs..." There were no papers for the mother to read, unless the younger daughter said something horrific to the mother. I'm not sure.

Other than that, great story.

Title article: Peanut Butter and Doom

Awesome. I think this piece would be about thirty million times better if it was a jar of Nutella. Because Nutella's delicious. The seriousness of this piece's tone mixed with its absurd content made it a real pleasure to read.

Title article: Racism has a Color
Date: 2008-08-13 21:39:49

Black and white aren't colors... they're shades! Joshing. I really enjoyed this poem. It has a whole-lot-ta heart. Good job!

Title article: The Graveyard Greens
Date: 2008-08-13 12:20:09

Very clever. You can do so much with this idea. I would love it if you expanded this (maybe throw in some mini-golfing ghosts) and wrote it out as a short story, not just dialog.

Title article: Men and Fish
Date: 2008-08-13 11:56:27
Cool
I'm wondering what was at stake in this story and how making the council dance saved the nation.

That's the only thing that bothered me. Everything else was great.

Title article: Party at Hemingway's
Date: 2007-12-07 17:55:40
Too funny, man!
I get that Jesus and Santa were at the party, but Chuck Norris? Everyone knows that Chuck Norris isn't real.

This story is tonythetiger awesome. I'm looking forward to reading your other stuff.
