just read the dr. who
matrix...

i was a big fan of dr. who (original) back then, somehow missed that (or did the old guy forgot about it thing). i debate with my kids all the time about movies... "dad! wanna go see..."

"nope, already saw that twenty years ago"
"but it's a new movie!"
"nope, new people, old movie..."

i think only one in twenty movies coming out now are actually new - sad commentary on the state of our creative minds...

that's one of the reasons i visit this site so much.

i really, on a day to day basis, just don't think that all that we believe we are - is really all that we are. when you look at the world and how we carry on, it just seems too small doesn't it?

that he couldn't stand matrix. i think the story is somewhat believable in a open minded (or closed as reality doesn't care what we think) sort of way - to me it is really just a revised version of the movie tron (concept wise)...

i read the story and i'm probably the only one that thought, "there lives are stressful enough, meter maids don't write tickets on meters that aren't expired..."

it must be my accelerated, or maybe my nap time.
