| About Myself: | Cathy Kaiser, co-author of Timeless Reflections and the author of Journey of the Heart and Rings of Secrets as told by the old oak tree. In 2001 she was the grand prize winner of 25,000.00 in competing in a national poetry society. She has received the Muse fire award in 2002 and two times awarded the Shakespeare of excellence award in 2001 and 2004. She has been a traditional artist since her early years, she has worked for many years as a graphic artist in desktop design. For several years she taught in a technical college in the graphic artist department and adored teaching. Cathy lives and loves with her lifetime partner Laura, in Phoenix, Arizona. She has one daughter, and four grandchildren. She has a deep love for all animals and has a dog named Jazz and a cat named Princess Hope. Cathy has an incredible compassion for people and for the matters of the heart. She has been nick named "God?s pen" because of her empathy that she extends to all people. Her poetry has touch many hearts all over the world, for Cathy has always been bold about walking through the rain to get to the sunshine. |
