About Myself: Truth only exists within an individuals personal experience. If I believe I am a pitcher of orange juice and if you come near me I scream because I think that you will spill me, who are you to tell me I'm wrong? There are many John Wayne's that are locked in insane asylums because they believe they are something that other's say they are not. So my writing is my truth, regardless how insane some of them may be regarded, projected the way I intrepret it. I have travelled the world and have hitchiked across America. I've made my home in tents, drain tunnels, cars, and an occasional apartment. I've been married for seven years, in fact, I met my wife (Scooby on this site) as I was hitchiking down a lone highway in Georgia. But that's another story. Anyway, life is short then we die. I can't change the world, but maybe, just maybe, I can make a difference.

The flow is moving along rather quickly now that the character attains confidence.  
The plot thickens a little, leading the reader to want more.

The poem was smooth and crisp, the flow was good.  
I like the use of the color, it seemed to set a mood for the tone of the words. I liked, "Knowing the answer, but still wondering why."

You led the story well with quick descriptions, involving and getting to know the character. I almost thought at one time he might have been delusional and "thought" his mom was different and killer her in his delusional state- hey, that sounds like a good idea for a story. You've inspired me.
