Title article: SEIZE THE TIME (Gambia 2008)
Date: 2008-09-30 14:11:15

You have the ability(shown here well) to take your reader into your life and place of life and work. You have George Orwell's honesty and keen eye, his sense of humanity, his feel for the story, the feeling and touch to show real life.

Title article: TO WHOM IT MIGHT CONCERN (Gambia Oct '08)

I am going to miss your insightful reading and understanding. Your honnesty and depth of character shows itself in your comments and also in your own writings. Best wishes to you Stephen.

Words are not measured in quantity but quality and in what weight they carry, the message they bring. This has a message that is heavy with a grief and yet a hope, with sorrow yet a light just over the horizon of death. Very good.

Title article: A Subway Car
Date: 2008-09-29 13:46:15

This is vast improvement as a poem which doesnot mean your other spoem were not good, but this has moved on and taken step upward. I enjoy your poetry and this is going to be amongst my favourites. The lines:

Just a passenger of obscenities will I ever be.

A dying lighthouse, forever guarding the gaping sea.

Are to die for.

Title article: The Diary of the unknown Whore, Chapter 2
Date: 2008-09-29 13:42:42

I thought it a slight improvement on the first chapter, but it needs to develop deeper if it is to go anywhere. I did enjoy what there was but would like to have seen more.

Title article: Belle Reve, Chapter 1
Date: 2008-09-29 13:39:42

Although rather short for a chapter(some writers do have short chapters)it does have qualities that make it possible for this to develop further and well. I like the start and hopefully it will continue ro be so.

Title article: Childe
Date: 2008-09-28 12:59:58

You can tell good and competant writer almsot from the first sentence or paragraph. You have shown your quality here in this story and that is good to know as one is more likely to read a good writer again than one less talented. Enjoyed.

Title article: Two Flowers
Date: 2008-09-28 12:55:08

Oh, yes, this I do like. maybe some women combine both these kinds of women in themselves at different times or maybe ages. I would hate to choose between them probably because I have known both. This is a well composed poem(s) and deserves salutation.

Title article: Gone
Date: 2008-09-28 12:50:14

Quite a moving poem. I thought at first it was going to another sensual love poem but then it all fell apart and the whole sad stink of dead love permeated itself in the poem with that good touch of the real.

Title article: MAX & BETTY.
Date: 2008-09-27 03:38:59

Thank you all for your comments. I do not necessarily agree with the comments made by either Schopenhauer or Betty but if the Muse says that is how it is I just write. The messenger is not important, I guess.
