I hope you are around again soon because we are going to miss these writings of yours. There is always that honesty, tough, firm hold on life and what its meaning is for you. This poem contains that and I salute you for it.

Isn't it always the way. I thought this a solid poem with a good theme holding firm at the center. It has a good lucidity and style and I enjoyed it.

Title article: An Unexamined Life
Date: 2008-10-01 13:44:35

I found this a well composed and interesting story with good character formation and development. The storyline went well and held my attention throughout.

Title article: Through a Narrow Groove

I look forward to seeing a poem by you my friend because I know it will be worth the time reading. There is much to digest here and much to ponder over. I shall read this many times.

Title article: TIERCE 1937

Part of the series of stories which began with MATINS 1907, LAUDS 1917, PRIME 1927.

Title article: Offering
Date: 2008-09-30 14:19:12

All in all the guy's not worth it , but the poem has that touch of Stephen Kingism, that feel of the slightly off the edge. I thought poem good and enjoyed it for all the weirdness of the narrator's voice and wishes.

Title article: Dark Light
Date: 2008-09-30 14:14:51

Probably on of the best I have read of yours. The fine touch for the line and word and turn of phrase, the masterful images, the depth of mind and eye. Very good poem.

Title article: SEIZE THE TIME (Gambia 2008)
Date: 2008-09-30 14:11:15

You have the ability(shown here well) to take your reader into your life and place of life and work. You have George Orwell's honesty and keen eye, his sense of humanity, his feel for the story, the feeling and touch to show real life.

Title article: TO WHOM IT MIGHT CONCERN (Gambia Oct '08)
Date: 2008-09-30 14:07:07

I am going to miss your insightful reading and understanding. Your honnesty and depth of character shows itself in your comments and also in your own writings. Best wishes to you Stephen.

Title article: His gift returned

Words are not measured in quantity but quality and in what weight they carry, the message they bring. This has a message that is heavy with a grief and yet a hope, with sorrow yet a light just over the horizon of death. Very good.
