About Myself: I write a self-published, photo copied zine, called Something Indecent. It has stories and comics, false ads, along with fake news. Original? Impossible. It's nothing new but it's a good way to help forget about how much MONEY I owe the gov't. $8K!! Ooooohhhh why does debt have to sting so bad? Why can't we all be happy to owe large sums of money to multiple parties? 'Debt makes you dance.' That should be the truth. Well, maybe if I dance my debt will turn into fiction while reality hands me a new pair of shoes.

So yeah I made a myspace page awhile back but haven't done anything with it in months. I don't have internet at home anymore since I moved so I can't update it at work but if anyone is interested the url is: myspace.com/somethingindecent (i think)

I made the audio stories when I was drunk so they're not as uuuhhh lets say intelligible as they could be. But it was definately fun at the time. Oh yeah. Get a friend to play guitar and read a story into a microphone with a cigarette pinched between your fingers and a beer in the adjacent hand and you will have a good time. Seriously, you should try it.

But yes, once I have the ability to resuscitate the site I'm going to do more of those (possibly a bit more sober) and try to liven' the thing up. And by that time I'll have been able to post stories on here again. Sooooo yeah, check it out if you want to hear a drunk man babbling.

Title article: Walpurgis Night

Very well put. It sounded like thats what you were going for especially with the coming of daylight. It's funny how much people can fear the night when much of the same horrendous acts occur under the sunlight's guise. Did I spell a single word right right there? Psh. Whatever. Interesting little diddy.

Title article: The End
Date: 2008-08-28 16:05:26

Perhaps you should add more to this to make it a bit more understandable. In my opinion that is.

Title article: High Water
Date: 2008-08-28 15:35:13

Great read. I always enjoy stories about kids having to overcome some kind of odds. As long as their not cheesy that is which this wasn't. You wrote this very eloquently and descriptively. I was intimidated by the length at first but I'm glad I followed through. Once again great story. It was nice to read on this warm sunny day in Nebraska. lol :)

Title article: Stay Back
Date: 2008-08-28 14:51:53

Hahahaha great comparison with the heart technology and the tarp tech. I found this to be a light and interesting read. Why not marshmellows indeed. I gotta tell you, I'm tempted to try that steak knives idea.......but with dirty hypodermic needles. :)

Title article: nobody's fault but my own
Date: 2008-08-28 14:39:14

I agree that you need to expand on this but I kind of like stories where you don't get enough information. Sometimes its the lack of that we get so interested. But then again that's just me.

Title article: Shadows Inside
Date: 2008-08-28 14:30:45

That's true. Racing for the past is a race going through the present. Its inevitable that we do something unacceptable in our minds. And then are forced to live with it.

Good poem. It brings up some good thoughts and ideas.

Title article: He swoops, he scores
Date: 2008-08-28 14:22:19

I've done that before. Not take a child's sandwich but actually fly. Don't like to brag about it but yeah I can. Thanks for giving me a nifty idea to try out though. ;)

This was a fun piece. Great wording.

Title article: Pretty Fly for a Russian Guy
Date: 2008-08-28 14:13:05

That put a nice smile on my face. I love intestines. They're so fun. Way to make the character clueless and cocky. It added to the enjoyment of his body disfunctioning. I just have one question? Was he an agent or something? Or did he just like to think he was? I like to think he was cuz he seems too stupid to be anything but an intestine dispenser. Anyway, good piece. I always marvel at how you can jump around the genres. Kudos.

Title article: Growing Up?
Date: 2008-08-26 20:52:30

Very good analysis on age. I too am 25 and have questioned my future. Parents are a strange breed. They can always surprise you by acting in an unexpected manner. Very aptly put piece. I enjoyed it.

P.S. NOFX are freakin' good.

Title article: Ebony Eyes
Date: 2008-08-26 20:36:04

That was a good story Phil. I wish it could've been longer. I did find one error.

Now he was L-earning for himself things were different, and it wasn't like he had a family to support.

Just thought I'd point it out. Once again great story. I really enjoyed it.

Yeah Susan was her name I think ... of course I've seen it. Seinfield is a good ass show.

There ya go!

Hey, you plan on posting more stories up? You throw two right after each other and now I want more. More I say! Oh yeah, i wrote a song with the Pixies in mind. Check it out then. It's called Trained to Kill. Picture the pixies singing it, though.

yeah the brandy/7up was one of the 'chick drinks' that he made for me lol. my favorite drink ever is a screwdriver, so he made me coconut rum and orange juice once lol good stuff too maynard.
