Sorry that I haven't been around much lately, but my real world stuff has been savagely intruding into my E-life time. I'll try and be back soon!

Thanks!
As something of a patriot, I enjoyed writing this story, as I feel it's one of the better moments in American history. I'm glad that you liked it!

If I had had 'Band of Brothers, I would have attempted to get the enlisted names right. I did some research for the Generals comments all around, but I had to fib the enlisted men's perspectives a bit. The circumstances are as accurate as I could make them, though.

Fun read!
I have to admit that I'm a sucker for a story that's titled 'Sword of ....' just about anything. That said, you didn't dissapoint me at all. This was a wonderful little tale, replete with mythological characters and a great heroine. If anything you should consider revising it so that it's longer, it could be a so much bigger story than how you have written it.

But for the here and now, you get five stars, and they were well-earned...

*tips hat*

Title article: The Pax Way: Two- Submission
Date: 2008-04-15 13:42:31
Fan-freakin'-tastic!
Okay, I'm hooked. This was pretty bleepin' good, and I like how Pax's character is fleshing out, and the story around him. The detail is good by not overwhelming, the technology impressive but not confusing. Again, you did a great job with the sci-fi aspect of this one, while keeping the human element close to the surface.

I'm impressed. And hoping that you write quickly, as well, because I'm impatient for more...

Really fun read!

*dances*
I'm sincerely glad that you're enjoying it. I had a BLAST writing this story!

Title article: Tasha At Talon's Nook -- Chapter One
Date: 2008-04-15 12:50:12
*laughs*
If you're allergic to a lot of words, then all that I can say is I'm sorry. I, uh, tend to get long-winded when I write, and it's not very often that I have a story come in anywhere under 2,500 words. This series ran seven chapters, and all the last few but one tended more towards 5K words.

To include detail, and dialogue, and some backstory, and that sort of thing just eats my page alive, but it makse me smile when I'm done...

Glad you liked this one so far. It's my heart and soul, and I have plans for a further story arc with the main characters...

Title article: The gatekeepers Description
Date: 2008-04-14 11:57:21

Aside from the misspellings and such, it's a good read. As I'm familiar with the subject of Sheogorath and all, you may take my counsel on this--the Gatekeeper is living on borrowed time...

*laughs* For the realm!

Title article: Redemption
Date: 2008-04-14 11:44:40
That's funny...
It seems like everyone who reads this likes Captain Dort the best, which is a damn shame since I had to kill him off to make the ending work...

Still glad that you liked it, though.

Title article: Redemption

Thanks!
Glad that you liked it! I was kinda proud of how it turned out... *grins*

Title article: A Horse is a Horse, Of Course...
Date: 2008-04-14 11:24:22
Oh, no...
Dick was leading the horse around the whole time, so he was standing on the ground when it all happened...

Title article: Letting Go
Date: 2008-04-14 10:39:41
*laughs*
Well, I DID fluff it up just a bit for the sake of prose, but this was loosely based on something I went through. At the time I just wanted to see if I could write something where no one got shot or beheaded.

Since I made you 'feel', I can consider it a success... *grins*

If you need an escape or just a laugh, then you've come to the right author. Take a journey through Scott's mind. You may come back laughing or crying, but you will never be disappointed.
