About Myself: My lively pen often scribbles down
Words in ugly curls of handwriting
Most worthy of only the bin,
Yet sometimes, in a glimmer of expertise,
My wavering hand grows steady,
And I write with a flowing ease.

Some of my favourite books:
- 'Lord of the Flies' by William Golding.
- 'Jane Eyre' by Charlotte Bronte.
- 'Harry Potter' by J.K Rowling.
- 'The Lord of the Rings' by J.R.R Tolkien.
- 'His Dark Materials' by Philip Pullman.
- 'Alex Rider' series by Anthony Horowitz.
- 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' by Lemony Snicket.
- 'The Long Walk' by Stephen King.
- 'The Shining' by Stephen King.
- 'From A Buick 8' by Stephen King.
- 'The Running Man' by Stephen King.
- 'The Stand' by Stephen King.
- 'The Bourne Trilogy' by Robert Ludlum.
- 'Red Dragon' by Thomas Harris.
- 'The Silence of the Lambs' by Thomas Harris.

By the way, if anyone writes something that I haven't commented on please PM me with the title so I can read it! I love reading new stuff! Thanks!

Title article: I Will Lay In Vain

I liked how you put different topics into the poem, its a very simple idea that makes your poem stand out amongst the crowd. However, for some reason the poem did not sit well with me, I think it was the last line that put me off. But the rest of the poem was great!

I liked the way it dealt with many different themes such as greedy politicians etc. However, for some reason the poem just did not sit well with me. I don't know what it was, I think the last line put me off.

Title article: Looking

I liked the picture and I have to say the poem is unique in the way it expressed things, but personally I found it quite dull. I preferred the ending, it seemed to come into its own in those last few lines with a strong message.

I will keep it going don't worry! I've just lapsed a bit in this story because I've entered a poetry competition and i'm nervously waiting for the results! Gah! *shakes*

Thanks for commenting, yep the storyline is real! It happened today, so kind of developed from there.

Title article: The headline

I agree with Ashutosh, the mistakes are really off-putting. However, I like how you've moved on to a different theme from your other poetry, its one of those sad truths about people today.

Title article: Through a Narrow Groove

I'm really warming to your poems. You seem to just consistently create amazing pieces of writing. As for this poem itself, it expresses very strong emotions and contains wonderful imagery. I look forward to what you write next!

Title article: Painting Walls
Date: 2008-10-01 13:10:37

Very interesting piece of poetry! I loved the way it was written, it has stood out for me against some of the recent poems I've read because it has quite an unusual theme. I particularly enjoyed the final stanza, it kind of leaves it to the readers own interpretation which I like! Good job!

Title article: The Malefic House, Chapter 1
Date: 2008-10-01 13:07:08

Very traditional, gothic horror story. I enjoyed reading it, the suspense was good and the ending was quite creepy. It has got me hooked and I look forward to reading the next chapter.

Title article: Not one tear

I'd agree with everyone else, probably one of your best so far. I liked the general theme of the poem but i didn't like the rhyme structure in it. For some reason it just didn't really work for me in certain places.

I haven't read too much of your works, but Spider was fantastic! I'll be sure to catch up on your Poems and Stories for now on. You have true talent.
