About Myself: My lively pen often scribbles down
Words in ugly curls of handwriting
Most worthy of only the bin,
Yet sometimes, in a glimmer of expertise,
My wavering hand grows steady,
And I write with a flowing ease.

Some of my favourite books:
- 'Lord of the Flies' by William Golding.
- 'Jane Eyre' by Charlotte Bronte.
- 'Harry Potter' by J.K Rowling.
- 'The Lord of the Rings' by J.R.R Tolkien.
- 'His Dark Materials' by Philip Pullman.
- 'Alex Rider' series by Anthony Horowitz.
- 'A Series of Unfortunate Events' by Lemony Snicket.
- 'The Long Walk' by Stephen King.
- 'The Shining' by Stephen King.
- 'From A Buick 8' by Stephen King.
- 'The Running Man' by Stephen King.
- 'The Stand' by Stephen King.
- 'The Bourne Trilogy' by Robert Ludlum.
- 'Red Dragon' by Thomas Harris.
- 'The Silence of the Lambs' by Thomas Harris.
- 'Frankenstein' by Mary Shelley.

By the way, if anyone writes something that I haven't commented on please PM me with the title so I can read it! I love reading new stuff! Thanks!

Very interesting piece of poetry! I loved the way it was written, it has stood out for me against some of the recent poems I've read because it has quite an unusual theme. I particularly enjoyed the final stanza, it kind of leaves it to the readers own interpretation which I like! Good job!

Title article: The Malefic House, Chapter 1
Date: 2008-10-01 13:07:08

Very traditional, gothic horror story. I enjoyed reading it, the suspense was good and the ending was quite creepy. It has got me hooked and I look forward to reading the next chapter.

Title article: Not one tear

I'd agree with everyone else, probably one of your best so far. I liked the general theme of the poem but i didn't like the rhyme structure in it. For some reason it just didn't really work for me in certain places.

Title article: There You Are
Date: 2008-10-01 00:36:41

Really good poem. I enjoyed reading it. I liked the final stanza, everything seemed to spiral downwards in it which I really liked, especially the final line. As for the other stanza, beautifully written. You're a very talented poet!

Title article: Puppets
Date: 2008-10-01 00:31:52

I liked the way this piece was written, it's kind of almost like it's all a dream and leaves some mystery for the reader to find out, with the beating heart and everything. However, the ending really confused me! I've been trying to figure out what it means but can't seem to work it out. Other than that, great writing.

Title article: Autumn Comes Again
Date: 2008-10-01 00:26:48

You had some fantastic imagery in this poem, particularly the sixth and seventh stanzas which I really liked. However, in some places the poem didn't seem to work for me. Other than that this poem shows great talent!

Title article: Hanging Tree
Date: 2008-09-30 13:48:28

I liked this story, you have a very powerful writing style that I enjoyed reading. Although there isn't really too much of a plot here, you really managed to bring the speaker's character alive. Good job!

Title article: The Great Gender Divide...
Date: 2008-09-30 13:00:24

I thought it was very well written, you're obviously a very talented writer, but I didn't really find this piece that funny for a humour submission. Also, I didn't really agree with what was being said! I honestly don't think there's much of a gap, if any! You could say there's a gap between everyone and anyone if you wanted.

Title article: Offering
Date: 2008-09-30 00:32:10

Very sinister and dark poem here! I liked the underlying violence you put into it. I liked the idea of the lover or the boyfriend being jealous, it makes it very different from most of the relationship type poems on here.

Title article: HOUSE.
Date: 2008-09-29 14:10:57

Incredibly well written, at first I thought I wasn't going to like it but as it drew on it really began to grow on me. I loved the feeling of chaos as I was reading it, it really brought the house alive. However, I found it a bit daunting being a single paragraph. I also liked the ending, its seems slightly sinister to me, perhaps the daughter has been affected by her experiences?

I haven't read too much of your works, but Spider was fantastic! I'll be sure to catch up on your Poems and Stories for now on. You have true talent.
