I think this has potential, but it needs to be broken up a bit so that it doesnt seem like on huge run-on sentence or something.  
 
I'm interested in reading more, but I would just suggest using paragraphs next time.

this was wonderful. I'm putting it in my favorites. I liked the imagery and the melancholy feel this had to it. and yet again i'll tell you how much emotion your work contains. you have a talent of wording things so that the reader FEELS the emotions in the poem. great job =]

This was written very well and i'll just reiterate what everyone else said about how you kept this from being cheap and corny. Plus it had the added bonus of keeping Potter in his chair while he was most likely at work haha.

Your wording was good, but I would go over it because there were quite a few times where you used the wrong word, 'feel' instead of 'fell', 'where' instead of 'were'..  
 
also your use of quotation marks was confusing.. is each stanza just one person talking or are both talking in alternate lines? if its just one person, you dont have to put quotations on each line, just at the beginning and the end.  
 
it was a good poem lyrically, just not in good form =]

This made me smile. At first I didnt know where you were going, but by the second stanza I caught on and thought it was great. The flow was off to me in a few places, but not bad enough to make it bad, actually i dont even know why i mentioned it lol.

oh wow, you WERE running a parallel. this was really sad. I liked it a lot though, you did a great job describing the anguish the woman felt. i also thought you did well with the way you DID give the robot an emotion.. regret. So really he was feeling emotion, he was just unable to express it. going into my favorites.

This was actually pretty interesting. I dont know if you were puposely drawing a parallel between the robots lack of emotion and some girlfriends/boyfriends lack of emotion in relationships. if that even made sense lol. Anyway, I liked it and i'm off to part 2 =]

Yeah, that's good you're actually researching the thing. Most people wouldn't do that and end up screwing it up. By the way, have you seen the episode of It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia where the gang gets held up, and they fear that they'll get stockholm syndrome? Good stuff ...
